The dwelling complex (six detached cottages – ten four-level apartments) is situated in the area which was in the past chosen for relaxation and health vacations by Saint Petersburg highest society.

The dwelling complex’s location is very convenient: 400 m from the sea, 1 km from the lake Sestroretsky Razliv, 1,5 km from the centre of Sestroretsk, not far from here there is a golf club, a horse-riding club, bars and restaurant.
